Presenting Sponsor: Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines is proud to be a long-time partner of Covenant House, making a deep impact in the lives of children and youth facing homelessness and human trafficking.

Each year, dozens of Delta Air Line employees Sleep Out in cities across the country. In 2019, the airline hosted a Sleep Out at its Atlanta headquarters. A handful of New York-based employees who couldn’t make it to Atlanta even held their own Sleep Out at JFK International Airport.

In addition to sponsoring the Sleep Out movement, Delta Air Lines created a Career Readiness program for Covenant House youth in Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles. Led completely by Delta employees, the program equips youth overcoming homelessness with the tools and skills they need for a successful career at Delta and elsewhere.

Guardian Sponsor: Leesa

“We are thrilled to partner with Covenant House to create more good mornings for the youth they serve,” says Jen-Ai Notman, Head of Social Impact at Leesa. “At Leesa, we believe in the power of one good bed, and are committed to ensuring that every child in America has a safe place to rest their head.”

As part of their Sleep Out America sponsorship, Leesa provides the welcome kits that are sent to every registered Sleep Out participant, and in 2019, they pledged to match all funds raised by Sleep Out America participants on one night during National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week.

In addition to sponsoring the Sleep Out movement, Leesa will be donating up to 1,000 mattresses to Covenant House sites around the country so youth facing homelessness can have a mattress of their own to sleep on after facing the trauma of surviving on the streets.
